We all receive information outside of work in little chunks and snippets. We watch videos, access Instagram or Facebook posts, search retailers, buy products online, and check our emails and social media accounts several times a day. Everything comes into the brain very quickly, and it comes in small pieces. Data from Statistic Brain shows that in the year 2000, the human attention span was 12 seconds. In 2015, it amounted to just 8.25 seconds.
We need to reach learners or users in a way that is most comfortable and natural for them – with short snippets of information, available through laptops and mobile devices, that are ready and accessible when and where the user needs or wants it. Join us in this workshop to discover why microlearning is better for your learners or user (and You too).

After earning my Master’s degree in Business Administration from Babes-Bolyai University, I entered the Learning & Development world to explore my passion for education, leadership and team development.
Driven by a mission to transform the educational experiences of adults and help people and organizations reach their maximum potential, I currently serve as the CEO of Azimut and updateED. Together with my team, we are focused on helping people develop their soft skills and leadership skills with the help of science and technology.
In 2017 Azimut became the first company in Romania to be recognized as a freedom-centered organization by worldblu. Being a strong advocate for freedom-centered leadership, rather than fear-based leadership, I consider it a great achievement and honor to be on this list.

Besides my primary job by day, I also enjoy trying out different things like 3D printing and gardening. :)
