Code audits are essential to regularly make sure our projects have the best code quality, are secure when vulnerabilities come out and respect best practices. But these audits are often repetitive and time-consuming, regardless of project or size. In this talk, I’ll share how we built an automated audit workflow using n8n and other workflow tools that analyse code, run custom checks, and structure results using our internal audit template. We’ll explore how we design our check templates, how you can build a simple automation that can reduce work from a couple of hours to only a few minutes, and best practices when working with n8n or other similar tools.
