Scrum Master Uncovered – An Interactive Workshop
Simona Bonghez - CEO @ Colors in Projects
Europa room
12th November, 15:45-16:15
Scrum Master Uncovered is an interactive workshop where participants test their knowledge of the Scrum Master role through a lively game format. Instead of passively listening, they actively vote on whether specific responsibilities are correct or misplaced, sparking debate and reflection.
The session combines playful competition with serious learning: each “responsibility card” opens the door to short discussions on facilitation, coaching, impediment removal, and servant leadership. Participants gain clarity on what truly belongs to the Scrum Master role and why, while also challenging common misconceptions. By the end, attendees walk away with a sharper understanding of the Scrum Master’s real value in Agile teams—gained through interaction, and collective sense-making.
