Iustinian Șovrea leads Country Management at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company, as Romania Business Operations Head. In this role, he oversees the company’s five sites across Romania and the Competency Management organization, which unites all technical communities within GlobalLogic Romania. His career in IT has been built around leadership and management, having led large-scale projects, developed PMO, and served as CEO in previous roles. His expertise spans strategic planning and execution, business growth, digital transformation, and innovation. Iustinian holds a PhD in Philosophy (Romania and Germany), is a certified PMP®, and earned the Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School.
