George Călinescu has more than two decades of experience in banking and auditing. His tenure at BT began in 2013, and he is part of one of the youngest leadership teams in the Romanian banking sector. In addition to leading the finance team, his role extends to overseeing data and information management across the Banca Transilvania Financial Group. His management approach is to support the coordinated team to achieve excellence.


He holds a leadership position within ACCA, one of the largest organisations of chartered accountants in the world. In 2019 he was named the best Chief Financial Officer in Investor Relations (BVB and ARIR Gala).


Wolfpack Digital

Coming from a multidisciplinary background (in software engineering, PR, psychology and business management), Georgina Lupu Florian (Gina) is the founder and CEO of Wolfpack Digital, an award-winning web and mobile design and development company based in Cluj, with a team of 70+ people. The company has partnered with more than 60 startups, scaleups and large-scale corporations so far, with a strong focus on strategy, design and development in the health, finance, beauty and transportation sectors. Wolfpack Digital also builds internal digital products, one of them being the first integrated healthtech treatment for gambling addiction. Additionally, Gina is a co-founder of the Women in Tech Cluj community and is part of the Board of Directors of the Transilvania IT cluster.

Horea Ratiu is the Managing Director of msg Romania, a leading IT consulting firm, part of msg Group build on over 40 years of industry expertise and the creative and solution-oriented entrepreneurial spirit. With over a decade of experience at msg Romania, Ratiu has risen through the ranks, starting as a Senior SAP Consultant in 2008 and becoming the Head of Department for Insurance in 2011, before joining the company's board in 2019.

Ratiu holds two bachelor's degrees, one in computer science and the other in business administration, finance, and banking. As the Managing Director of msg Romania, his goal is to contribute to the growth of the msg Group by successfully managing unique projects that demonstrate the company's local expertise and reinforcing its reputation as a reliable partner for major clients such as MunichRE, Allianz, BMW Group, Daimler, and Volkswagen Group.

He is a strong advocate for positive thinking and the belief that a positive attitude can help overcome even the most difficult challenges. He is constantly driving forward new and innovative topics, such as cloud computing, and is always on the lookout for environments where ideas can be implemented, and talents can thrive.

Iustinian has an extended experience in leading organizations and projects in the software industry. During the last 20 years, Iustinian was involved in different fields such as research, diplomacy, community building, and IT, gaining a broad and valuable interdisciplinary experience. His areas of expertise include strategic planning and execution, business growth, digitalization, and innovation. Besides his business projects he is in charge of the Romanian PMI (Project Management Institute) community in Cluj-Napoca. Iustinian holds a PhD in Philosophy in Romania and Germany, and he was awarded with the Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School.
