Reflect to Rebuild: New Minds for New Words

Ștefania Stănese - HR Manager @ Eberspächer Group

Room 32

12th November, 15:45-16:15

Reflect to Rebuild: New Minds for New Worlds explores how reflection has become a critical competence for thriving in the era of AI. Beyond a contemplative act, reflection is a transformative process that allows individuals and organisations to stop, take a step back and reshape their mental models in a rapidly evolving landscape, being able to act faster and more efficiently.

Drawing on insights from neuroscience, future skills research, and innovation theory, this presentation aims to reframe how we view reflection, seeing it as playing a central role in helping us avoid remaining in a fixed mindset. We might wake up one day and realise that we have worked harder and harder without recalibrating ourselves to what the world of tomorrow needs.

By cultivating reflective awareness, we can reframe uncertainty as opportunity, build emotional and cognitive flexibility, and design human-centred approaches to technology and change. I invited you to consider how reflective practice can become a strategic tool for growth — enabling us not only to respond to a fast-paced world, but to rebuild it consciously.
