At MeritMinds, Radu drives the vision of building cognitive, explainable AI assistants tailored for professors, researchers, and students.

Outside of work, he finds freedom in motorcycle tours across Europe, energy in skiing down alpine slopes, and balance in hiking mountain trails with his kids. His curiosity doesn’t stop at nature, he also enjoys exploring the latest AI models in his spare time.
